This Privacy Policy sets out how Sony Group Corporation, (of 7-1 Konan 1-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0075,
Japan) collects or processes information about you as more specifically explained below (your "personal
data"). It also describes your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing
which Sony carries out. More information about your rights, and how to exercise them, is set out in Section 8
below.
In this Privacy Policy, we use “Sony” "we," "us," "our" and “ourselves”
to refer to Sony Group Corporation.
“Sony Affiliates” shall mean any legal entities controlled by Sony Group Corporation. The term “control” in
this context means the direct or indirect ownership of more than 50% of the voting interest in such
corporation or the power in fact to control the management decisions of such entity.

Sony?
When you contact
Sony through contact form in connection with an inquiry or request for information about SIF;
- i. Sony may collect the following personal and/or business contact data from you only when
you fill out it in the contact form at your own will:

- o E-mail address
- o Region/Country
- o Industry
- o Company name
- o URL of your company
- o The content of the inquiry or request
- ii. Sony may also automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifiers for the computer,
mobile device, technology or other device you use to access the contact form. Such identifier is a
number that is automatically assigned to your device when you access a contact form or its servers, and
our computers identify your device by its device identifier.

Google Inc. Google Analytics uses Cookies which are pieces of information that a website transfers to a
computer’s hard disk for record keeping purposes and collects access logs without personally identifying

- 3. Purposes for processing your personal data
Sony uses your personal data only to
reply to your inquiry or request, to contact you for investment opportunities, or to analyze the behavior of
the visitors to SIF’s website.

4. Who else has access to your personal
data?
Your personal data
may be made
available to Sony Affiliates and to other third parties, as follows:
i. Sony Affiliates
Your personal data may be shared with and used by other Sony Affiliates to pursue the activities related to
the purposes set out in Section 3 above.
ii. Service providers
Sony and Sony Affiliates may use third-party service providers to process your personal on their behalf for
the purposes set out in Section 3 above. Such third-party service providers include, but are not limited to,
IT service providers and data hosting providers.
iii. Business transfer
In the event that Sony or a Sony Affiliates transfer a portion or all of our business, your personal data
may be transferred by Sony or a Sony Affiliates to the purchasing or acquiring entity as part of the
transaction.
iv. Compliance and enforcement
Sony may disclose any of your personal data if required or permitted by law, regulation or order, or if we
believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary for us to protect or enforce the rights,
property, safety or security of ourselves or others, to third parties including government authorities and
law enforcement officials, and auditors and similar external consultants like lawyers and tax advisors.

Sony will keep your personal data as
long as it is necessary for the relationship with you or the purposes detailed in Section 3, or necessary to
protect ourselves from legal claims, to administer our business, or to the extent permitted by applicable
law, which may require us to hold the relevant data for specific periods.

Information
Your personal data
may be transferred
in harmony with Section 3 and Section 4 to countries/regions outside your country/region of residence,
including in particular Japan and the United States of America, in which the privacy laws may not be as
comprehensive as those in your home country/region. Where information is transferred out of the EEA, we
will, to the extent that no statutory level of data protection comparable to the European data protection
laws exists in such countries, adopt appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data will be
adequately protected in those countries. In particular, we may apply the standard contractual clauses
published by the European Commission. Where your personal data is transferred to Japan, the adequate level
of data protection is confirmed by the European Commission´s adequacy decision.

against the unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration to/of your personal data. Although we strive to
protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee or warrant the complete security of any your personal data
transmitted to us through the contact form or that we store on our systems or that is stored on systems of
those third party contemplated in Section 4.

In some countries,
you have
certain rights with
respect to the
personal data Sony holds about you. These may include the right to request a copy of your personal data that
Sony or a Sony Affiliates holds about you and/or you may request that Sony or the Sony Affiliates provides a
copy, corrects, amends, deletes, erases, destroys, objects or blocks/restrict processing and/or use of your
personal data if it is inaccurate. In some countries, you may also ask us to provide some types of the
Information to you in a structured, machine-readable format and ask us to share (port) such data with
another controller. These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal
personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete Information which we are required by law to
keep, or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping. If you would like to exercise any of these rights,
